Welcome to the official web site of the Commack North Little League (CNLL). We are officially sanctioned by Little League of America based in Williamsport, PA. We are located in Suffolk County, Long Island in a section of Commack that is defined by the area north of Jericho Turnpike. We play in Little League District 34, an area that stretches from the north to the south shores.
CNLL is one of the best baseball programs on Long Island. We provide leagues for boys ages 4 through 13 and girls ages 4 thru 12. We also have a senior program for young adults from ages 14 to 18. We play both baseball and softball with bases spaced 60 ft apart. The pitchers mound is located 46 ft from home plate. Over the age of 13, boys play on major league regulation 90 ft fields.
Our coaches are trained annually by professionals and must complete a seminar in first-aid before they can lead a team. Teams have a Manager and at least 1 Coach, Every team has a Team Parent whose responsibility is to support league activities for the team.
Safety is paramount to us. Every equipment bag includes a first-aid kit along with chemical ice-packs. We closely monitor the number of innings your children pitch to ensure a healthy athletic experience.
CNLL has permits for many baseball & softball fields in the area. You can see a complete list of these, including maps & directions on this web site. Many fields are brand new and many others have recently received an overhaul. We think you will agree that the facilities are top rate!
Our Cedar Road Complex has a refreshment stand with prices that are reasonable. Alcohol is not permitted on any of the facilities that our children play on.
